General TOS
🐑Payment is upfront before I start (first half). Once it’s paid, your name goes into my queue.
🐑Refunds are only possible if I haven’t started your commission yet.
🐑The second half is after I finish it.
🐑Prices can go up if the piece is more complex—base prices cover simpler artworks.
🐑Don’t use my art to feed AI sites please.
🐑Don’t use MY characters and personal OCs, please. You can make fanarts, but don’t use them as yours. I’m not selling them for a reason, and the reason is that they are my babies.
🐑Do not resell my art to anything related to NFT!
🐑You can repost my PERSONAL art IN SOCIAL MEDIAS THAT I AM NOT IN, but please, remember to include my credits. The art you bought from me you can do anything you like and post everywhere if you want.
🐑I reserve the right to decline any commission if I’m not comfortable with it or if it’s beyond my skillset.
🐑I like to juggle multiple pieces at once and prioritize those with shorter deadlines. However, I generally don’t accept extremely tight deadlines unless I specifically agree to it—so please don’t push for it!

🐑You can request changes during the sketching phase, but once I move on to finishing (lines + coloring), it’s a $40 charge for each change.
🐑I only offer digital art, no physical products, so make sure you’re okay with receiving a digital file.

🐑I’ll wait 24 hours for an answer and 72 for the payment, please, stay alert! After this I’ll cancel the auction and made it available again.
